So, when we retired and relocated to East Tennessee, we reached out to Melissa Long's agency to assist us with transferring all of our policies from Illinois. "Recently decided to change my home owners insurance to State Farm to bundle with my car insurance, been with State Farm now 12 years, justin helped us with our home owners insurance and answered every question we had along with helping us find the perfect coverage we needed for our home on top of saving us $400 a year from our previous home insurance provider, then 3 days later my wife had a rock hit her windshield shattering the whole window, we called and spoke with Renee who handled everything from walking us through the claim process, setting up our appointment to repair the windshield very fast and answered every question we had along the way, along with a rental car for my wife if we needed it, very happy with our experience, justin and Renée was absolutely amazing in helping to meet everything we needed, this is why I have been with State Farm for 12 years and will continue to choose State Farm as my insurance provider!!"
